How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle?
The Lexus sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 standard bags. The Cadillac Escalade accommodates up to 6 passengers and 5 standard bags. Sprinter options include 10 passengers with 10 bags, 12 passengers with 12 bags, and 14 passengers with 16 bags. Oversized items should be disclosed before booking.
Are corporate accounts and company billing available?
Yes. Corporate accounts and company billing are available. Account and billing terms are established during setup.
How are chauffeurs screened and trained?
Chauffeurs undergo background checks, driving-record screening, drug testing, defensive-driving and airport-procedure training, and follow professional uniform and service standards.

Can I book transportation on the same day?
